Other enhancements
- Navigate using the Go to option
- On the Dashboard, you can quickly navigate to the folder where a component is stored using the Go to option. This option opens the Components tab, displays with the contents from the folder, and selects the component. If the component isn’t listed on the first page of the folder contents, Inspire now moves to the page where it’s listed.
- Save as CSV to include seconds (ss) and milliseconds in the filename to ensure uniqueness
- When you click the
Save as CSV button, filenames now include seconds (ss) and milliseconds (ff) to ensure filename uniqueness. For example, Components_MM_DD_YYYY_hh-mm-ss-ff.csv.
- Save as branch option to choose to retain all, some, or no referenced content
- When you select a component and use the Save as branch option, you can now choose if the branch also contains:
- All referenced components
- Some referenced components
- Referenced components except xref/conref
- Referenced components except xref/conref/image
- No referenced components
In the Components browser you can now see a branched icon that is
black if the component is the source component for a branch,
green if the component was branched because a source component referenced it, and
orange if the component is both the source of one branch and included in another branch because a different source component referenced it.
For more information, read: Branch components.
- Specify a default system folder
- When you create or update a project, you can now specify a default System folder to avoid navigating through the entire folder structure when you need to select a folder location. When working with that project, if you do any of the following, the folder navigation pane opens to the default system folder instead of showing the entire folder hierarchy:

- In a project, when you do the following steps, you won't encounter any errors:
- Select the Content folder.
- Click Add existing component.
- On the Select Component dialog, click the more menu
.
- Choose Saved queries, and select a query.
- Name a component "map" and open it without errors
You can now name a component “map” and open it without encountering a Javascript error.
