Enhancements to collaborative reviews

- Completed
- Cancelled
For more details, read Things you can do on the Reviews tab.
Enhancements to translation management
- Confirm translation attributes
After you send components to translation, you can review the job settings.
You can now confirm what attributes values were sent on the read-only Attributes tab, when you select:
- View (a translation)
- Update (a translation)
The tabs you see when you open the Translation screen will vary depending on the type of Translation Project you select when creating the translation job.
For more details, read View details for a translation job.
- Save your filter preferences
After you create a translation job, you can view all the details from the Translations Management tab.
You can show more jobs by selecting the following checkboxes:

- Include Cancelled
When you close the Translations Management tab, Inspire now remembers if you selected any of these filters.
- The next time you open the tab, the list of jobs is filtered in the same way.
For more details, read Things you can do on the Translation Management tab.
- Translation job failure errors
- When you send components to translation job and filter out all components, the job fails but no longer fills the screen with errors.
- Enable the Translate button
An administrator can mark an attribute as required for a translation vendor.
Before the Translate button becomes active and can be clicked, you must set a value for all required fields and attributes.

Enhancements to administration
- Manage active XML validation
As an administrator, you can configure XML validation in two places:
- Components Browser (schemas)
- Oxygen Editor (frameworks)
Using Schemas for Components Browser validation
- On the Components tab, authors can use the right-click or context menu option to select Validate XML.
- Inspire provides a schema to validate the XML, or you can load a custom schema.
- By default, schemas you add are flagged as Active but you can clear this option.
- When Inspire looks for schemas to validate a component, only those marked as Active are used.
Using Frameworks for Oxygen Editor validation
- As authors create content in the editor, Oxygen checks for XML errors and shows you the results in the Validation pane.
- Oxygen provides a framework to validate the XML, or you can load a custom framework.
- By default, frameworks you add are flagged as Active but you can clear this option.
- When the Oxygen editor is opened, it uses a framework only if it's marked as Active.
For more details, read Manage XML validation.
