What's in this release?

If you have trouble accessing GlobalLink Vasont Inspire features, you might need to clear your browser cache.

With your browser open:
  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Del.
  2. From the Time range list, select All time, and then select all checkboxes.
  3. Close the browser.
  4. Try to access Inspire again.

Enhancements to component management

Name and Comment included in Approval reports

When content is approved, the reviewer can provide a Label (Name) and Comment. These fields are now included in the Approval Reports, preserving important justification and context.

Folder Map Asset report renamed to Folder Component Asset report

After selecting a folder, you can use the Options menu to select the Folder Component Asset Report. This report replaces the Folder Map Asset report and now lets you select component types before running the report, thus improving accuracy and flexibility.

Enhancements to projects

ReadyToClaim tasks included in the Project Workflow report

Claimable tasks now appear in the Project Workflow Report even when in the ReadyToClaim state, ensuring visibility of all pending workflow activities.

Advanced search available in the Workflows module

Advanced search is now available on the Workflows and Projects tabs, enabling deeper filtering and discovery of workflow activity.

The Select Project Components screen has been updated

The Select Project Components screen now supports searching in the current folder, subfolders, or all folders. Updates were also made to correct paging issues.

Workflow Status screen now shows Due Dates

When working in a project with existing workflows, the View workflow status option can be used to see workflow Activities and Transitions. If any Activities are still in progress, you can now see the Due Date if one was set. This enhancement gives users better visibility into timing expectations.

Workflow Duration displays are now cleaner

Empty workflow Activity Durations no longer display placeholder values such as “undefined” or “null”.

Translation jobs can be created from a project workflow activity

Completing certain workflow activities can automatically open the Translation UI, enabling immediate creation of standard translations.

Enhancements to publishing management

Publishing jobs can be created directly from workflow tasks

Publishing can be initiated directly from workflow tasks, with automatic UI behavior depending on whether one or multiple XML components are involved.

Publishing Profiles now support richer Ditaval functionality

Publishing Profiles now support adding, removing, and storing Ditaval files. Updates to the publishing profile screens have also been made so Ditaval files can be reused and applied automatically during publishing.

Multiple publishing profiles can be published at once

In the Publishing module, multiple publishing profiles can now be published from the Selected Profiles panel without opening individual screens, accelerating batch publishing workflows.
