Work with reviews in progress

As soon as a review coordinator creates a review it's given a State of Reviewing. While reviewers are working on the content you can view the original settings used to create the review, update any of the review details, close a session for a reviewer, and remove components.

Tips and tricks

• In previous releases, when you added a component to a review it was locked with a system lock and was only removed after the review was completed or cancelled.
  • Now an Administrator can now unlock any component with a system lock, even if it's in a review that's still in progress.
  • The admin sees a warning that any changes made while the component was locked will be lost.

While a review is in progress, you can:

• Add and remove components
• Add and remove reviewers
• Reset a reviewer's state back to Reviewing if they have already marked their review as Complete but need to make more changes.
