You can edit Inspire components in an XML editor that uses Oxygen functionality. To create a link to send your reader somewhere else, you can use an xref that goes to a web site.
To add other types of references:

To link to a web site in Oxygen:

Select
Components.

On the Components tab, in the Components pane, right-click the component that you want to add a file link to, and then select Edit ...

You can access the same menu by clicking

the Options menu.

In the Editor pane, click to place your cursor in the text where you want to insert a link.

In the toolbar menu, click the
Link icon, and then select Web Link...

On the Web Link dialog, in URL, enter the address of the web page you want to create a link to, and then click Insert.
You'll see a link inserted into your text with a title that displays the URL value.
To view the content for a link, select it and press Ctrl + click.
If you make changes to links and references, you can ensure the most up-to-date information is being displayed by following these steps:
- Go to the toolbar.
- Click the Refresh references icon
