Exclude a user from a subscription
After you add a user to the organization, you can manage which Subscription, or instance of Inspire, that you want the user to sign into using the Include option. If you don't have multiple subscriptions, you can still clear the Include option to prevent a user from signing into Inspire while keeping the user's account inactive.
Tips and Tricks
- If your License Manager session times out due to inactivity, you may be asked to authorize your corporate account before License Manager opens again.
- Signing out of License Manager does not sign you out of Inspire.
Important notes:
- If you have multiple subscriptions, the instance of Inspire you are managing is named in the Subscription's Domain Key.
- If you don't want to remove a user account, you can prevent a user from signing in temporarily by setting a Lock on the user's seat. When you enable a lock, you are required to specify a date when the lock is to be removed. Follow the steps in: Lock or unlock a user's seat.
- You can't remove a user from the organization using the Subscriptions tab, you can only clear the Include option. If you need to remove a user from your organization, go to the Users tab and follow the steps in Remove organization users.
- To completely delete a user account from License Manager, after you remove the user from your organization, contact your Vasont support representative.
