If GlobalLink Vasont License Manager opens instead of Publish server, you'll see the details of your user profile. This happens when you don't have a subscription to access Publish Server. If you have Organizational Manager permissions in License Server, you can add a subscription to Publish Server. If you're unfamiliar with License Server, refer to the documentation. Log in to the GlobalLink Vasont License Server Portal.

In the left navigation pane, click Subscriptions.

On the card for the organization whose subscriptions you want to change, click Details.

Scroll through the list to locate the user you want to add to this subscription.

In INCLUDE, select a user to add to Publish Server.

In the SEAT TYPE, select Standard or ReviewOnly.
Inspire subscription users are separate from Publish subscription users. Publish has no concept of ReviewOnly. If a user is added to the publish subscription, they can publish.

If you want to reserve a seat so this user can always log in to Inspire, in NAMED SEAT, select the option. If you want the user to log in only if there is a seat available in the pool, don't select the NAMED SEAT option.
Your choices here depend on the types of licenses your organization has purchased or configured. You may not be able to select NAMED SEAT if your organization did not purchase concurrent seats.
