Index components for AI searches

Inspire uses the AI Submit index to power searches in the Oxygen editor. If you aren't finding answers to your questions when using the AI Assistant, you can manually add content to the AI Submit index to ensure you and other Inspire users can find answers. If you know content has been added to the index and you want to hide it from the AI Assistant's search results, you can remove the content from the AI Index.

Tips and tricks

• Inspire adds content to the AI Submit index automatically to reduce the need to manually add content for the AI Assistant searches.
• This automatic indexing happens every time you edit a component in Oxygen and Save and Submit your changes.
• Your changes overwrite content previously stored and update the content automatically.
• If you remove a component from the index, you are NOT removing the component from Inspire.
• If you remove a component from the index, another user with permissions to that component can add it back to the index.
