Use advanced search tools to find an assignment

After opening a project and going to the Assignments pane, if you need a more powerful search than sorting and managing columns, you can use advanced search tools to create logic that asks a question about the data in your components.

• You can enter a combination of unique words or phrases and
• You can use the And, Or, and grouping features to find more exact matches.

Advanced searches might take a short time to complete, but they give you more flexibility to find assignments that are an exact match and meet structural conditions.

If you want to see all your assignments across all projects, and you don't want to open each project separately and search them individually, you can search in the Workflows module to see all assignments across all projects.

The Advanced Query Builder is not available when searching for an assignment in the Workflows module.
