Move a project through its life cycle

As work on a project progresses, you can update its state to mark it as complete and then delete it if necessary. You can also restore a project by making a completed project active again. A user without administrator permissions can view projects that they own or are included as a project participant.

Use caution when marking a project Complete.

After you take give a project this status, you cannot take actions on project components that can modify the project.

To remove or update a project it must be active. If you cannot access an option in the steps, make sure the project is active. Follow the steps in: Make a completed project active.
