Configure a Translation Project for quotes

As an administrator, you can update translation projects and attributes as details change. After you create or edit a translation integration method that uses PD Rest APIs enables the Request Quote option, at least one translation project in Inspire that Translation Coordinators can select must use the integration method that allows quotes.

Project Director has been renamed to GlobalLink Enterprise.

To configure a Translation Project for quotes:

  1. From the Administration menu, select Translation settings, and then Translation project management.
  2. From the list of translation projects, select the one you want to update and click Update pencil_icon.
  3. On the Edit Translation Project screen, in Name, you may want to add the word Quotes so this method can be understood as one that works with quotes.

    You can use 50 characters or less.

  4. Select the Active checkbox if it's not already selected.
  5. Select the Api Integration option.
  6. Select the Api Integration Supports Cancellation option.
  7. In API Integration, select the integration method you created or updated to include the Request Quote feature.
  8. Optionally you can click the Attributes tab to update translation project attributes.
  9. To save your changes to the translation project, click Update.
