Reset your password

If you've forgotten the current password you use to log in to GL Vasont Inspire, you can reset it on the login page.

Note:

Before you begin

Inspire instances. If you can log in to multiple instances of Inspire, you'll have a separate password for each one. Resetting the password for one Inspire instance doesn't change the password for the other instances. For example, an Organization has two Inspire sites:
  • one for authors, called inspire-authors.vasont.com
  • one site for translators, called inspire-translations.com
If you can log in to both the author and the vendor site, you'll have a separate password for each site. If you forget your password for the translations site, you can't reset it by logging into the authors site and changing the password. That only changes the password for the authors site.

If you change your password for the translations site, you won't also change the password for the authors site.
