Add or change your profile image

You can see your profile image in the top right menu, next to the notifications_icon Notifications, Send Feedback, and Help_FAQs iconHelp / FAQs menu options. Your profile image is also displayed whenever you're added as a participant in a review or given an assignment.

Tips and tricks

Use supported image:

  • Types. Use an image file type of JPG, PNG, or BMP.
  • Sizes. An image file must be no larger than 4MB. Images scale to 90x90 pixel

To add or change your profile image:

  1. In the top right corner of the Inspire menu bar, click the default profile picture or the one you previously added.
  2. Select My Profile...

    You'll see your user information in the GlobalLink Vasont License Manager, on the My Profile page.

  3. You can see either the default profile image or one you previously added. To change the default profile picture:
    1. Click Upload.
    2. Browse to the picture on your computer that you want to use as your profile picture.
    3. Click Open.

      Result: You see a message that your profile picture was updated successfully.

  4. To remove a previously added picture and return to using the default profile picture:
    1. Click Reset.
    2. On the Delete Image screen, when asked if you want to delete the image, click Yes.

      Result: You see that your profile picture is now using the default image.

  5. When you're done making your changes, click Update.
