Zoomin feedback comments on existing content

You can send comments to a content developer through Zoomin documentation centers. If you want to request new content, follow the instructions in Zoomin request for new content.

When GL Vasont Inspire receives a comment on existing content from Zoomin, the following actions occur:
  1. The component associated with the comment is added to the project designated to manage feedback from Zoomin.
  2. An assignment is created for the project owner to review the feedback.
    • The comment is added to the Description box.
    • The assignment activity is set to the designated activity.
    • The submitter email is added to the Additional Notifications box.
    • The component is associated to the assignment.
    • The submitter receives an email notification.
  3. The project owner determines whether the comment should be incorporated into the existing content.
  4. The project owner completes the assignment, indicating that the comment has been accepted and the content should be updated.
    • The assignment is removed from the project.
    • The submitter receives an email notification.
    • The component remains in the project.
    • The project owner determines the next action for this component.
  5. The project owner cancels the assignment, indicating that the comment has been rejected and the content should not be updated.
    • The assignment is removed from the project.
    • The submitter receives an email notification.
    • The component is removed from the project.
