As you work in the Administration module, you might find the following tips and tricks helpful.

Organizing content

Consider the following tips for managing content in the Components browser.

• The folder structure designed in the Components browser might include a broad set of content, while a project includes a narrow set of content.
• When designing the folder structure, you might include a folder for widely-reused topics, such as source topics for content references.
• When designing a folder with frequently accessed content, add 0 or aa_ to the beginning of the folder name to force the folder to the top of the list.

Permissions

Consider the following tips for managing permissions to content.

• While the best practice is to set permissions at the folder level, you can set permissions at the component level.
• While the best practice is to set permissions at the role level, you can set permissions at the user level.
