See where attachments are used

If you see the green paper clip in front of a component's name, you can now find out which components it's attached to. Now when you open the Details screen for a component with a green paper clip and select the Attachments tab, a new lower pane called References will show where it's attached.

To see where an attachment is used:

  1. Click Components_TopMenuOpt Components.
  2. In the Folders pane, navigate to the folder where you've saved the component.
  3. Right-click a component, and then click Details...
You can also access this option from the component's Options menu.
  4. In the Components pane, select the component you want to open.

You can verify you have the correct component by looking in the More component information panel at the Preview.

  5. On the Component Details dialog, select the Attachments tab.
  6. In the top pane, select an attachment for which you want to check all files where it's also attached.
