To find a specific publishing profile, you can use the Search text box to filter the list and see only those that include a keyword or phrase.
Permission restrictions
- If you aren't an administrator, in your Role permissions, you must have module access to Publishing to complete work with publishing profiles.
- If you don't see the
Publishing icon in the top menu, contact your administrator.
- If you do see the
Publishing icon in the top menu:
- You can see the profiles that you create.
- You can only see other profiles if you are an administrator or you have permissions to the profile.
- Anyone who creates a publishing profile can now restrict access to it.
- To get permissions to a profile, you can contact the user listed in the Last published By column.

You can search for terms in most of the columns. The column doesn't have to be displayed to search it. To hide and show columns, follow the steps in Sort the list of publishing profiles.
Columns you can search in:
- Name
- Publish Name
- Description
- Component Name
- Publish
- Filter
- Created By
- Updated By
- Last Published By

- Id (hidden by default)

To search for a publishing profile:

From the top menu, click
Publishing.

On the Publishing Profiles tab, in Search, enter a word or phrase that's part of a profile.

Click Search

Your search results are shown in a list on the
Publishing Profiles tab.

Optionally, to save the list of reviews that match the search as a CSV file:

Click Save as CSV

All data in all columns are saved to the CSV, regardless of whether they are shown in the grid.
For example, job Id is hidden by default and even if you don't use the menu options to show it, the job Id is saved in the CSV file.

To choose what time zone is used, on the Convert time confirmation screen, select one of the following:

You see the date displayed in the header of the CSV as: All date/times are shown in {timezone} or UTC.
UTC is a time zone standard used as a basis for all time zones worldwide. It is a constant time scale and does not change for Daylight Saving Time.
- To use your local time, click Yes.
- To use UTC time, click No
