Update the Zoomin feedback webhook secret

As an Inspire administrator, you can update a webhook to provide digital authentication credentials (secrets) that act as a key to unlock protected resources and applications. Secrets can be passwords, keys, APIs, and tokens for use in applications and services. This is a required webhook. If you don't provide the correct secret, the Zoomin request fails.

The secret information in Property Value is unique to your company's connection with the external app.

  • If you use a Property Value that isn't correct, Inspire won't be able to communicate with the external app.
  • If you aren't sure what to use, contact your Vasont account manager or send email to support at: GlobalLinkCCMS-Support@TransPerfect.com.

To configure the Zoomin feedback webhook with a secret:

  1. From the Administration menu, select Advanced Settings, and then select Webhook Management.
  2. On the Webhook management tab, select the ZoominFeedback webhook with a Property Name of Secret.
  3. At the end of the row, click Update.
  4. In the Property Value column, in the empty text box, enter your unique digital authentication credentials.
  5. To update the webhook configuration and save changes, click Update.
When you save changes to the webhook configuration, you see the updated value in the Property Value column.
